3. Project Management：

(1) Receive RFQ data from customer.

(2) Quotation dispatched within 3 days after reviewing workload, size, technology and complexity.

(3) Order confirmed by customer, project beginning upon receipt of deposit.

(4) Assembly drawing finished within 2-4 days.

(5) Detailed Design finished within 2-3 days (QC time, schedule-inspect points).

(6) Assembly drawing and main component drawing approved by customer.

(7) Manufacture each component and assembly according to schedule and QC plan.

(8) Trial mould and inspect, write down technology specification.

(9) Submit samples with a detailed inspection report.

(10) Sample Confirmed by customer.

(11) Tooling finished and packed.

(12) Delivery, project accomplished with technology support.
